These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Fotoly affiliate program, including attribution, commissions, payout timing, and prohibited promotion methods.

1. Approval and eligibility
- The Fotoly affiliate program is invite-only or manually approved through our application review.
- We may approve or reject applicants based on content quality, audience fit, traffic source, geography, and brand-safety considerations.
2. Standard commission structure
- Starter and Pro auto-renew subscriptions: 20% commission on the first 3 successful subscription charges per referred customer.
- Starter and Pro prepaid monthly, quarterly, and yearly terms: 15% commission per successful paid term purchase.
- Commission structures may be adjusted for strategic partners, agencies, or custom campaigns in writing.
3. Attribution and payout timing
- The standard attribution window is 60 days from the last eligible affiliate referral touchpoint tracked by Rewardful.
- Commissions are only earned on successful paid transactions that are not refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed.
- Standard payout threshold is USD 50. Payouts are typically reviewed monthly and may be held for 30 days for fraud and refund review.
4. Prohibited behavior
- Self-referrals, creating accounts for your own purchases, or routing your own team through affiliate links are prohibited.
- Trademark bidding, deceptive ads, spam, fake traffic, coupon-site arbitrage, or misleading claims about Fotoly are prohibited.
- You may not imply official endorsement, partnership, or marketplace approval unless we have explicitly authorized that claim in writing.
5. Suspension and reversals
We may suspend tracking, cancel commissions, reverse unpaid commissions, or remove an affiliate account if we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, brand harm, policy violations, or traffic-quality issues.
Rewardful attribution and dashboard data help determine commission status, but Fotoly retains final authority over affiliate approvals, reversals, and payouts.
6. Updates and contact
